M J Rowles, a family-owned and operated business with over 75 years of experience in the sand, soil, and gravel industry, is seeking a dedicated and highly organised Transport Fleet Allocator to join our team at our Albion Park Rail location.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Efficiently allocate vehicles and drivers to meet daily delivery schedules.
- Monitor and adjust transport schedules in real-time to address customer needs and operational changes.
- Liaise with drivers and customers to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Maintain records of vehicle movements, driver hours, and compliance with company policies and legislative requirements
- Ensure adherence to safety and transport regulations.
Skills & Experience should include
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics role.
- Strong organisational skills .
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of the transport industry and relevant regulations.
