APF Cold Storage & Logistics are a rapidly growing essential service and is recruiting for multiple positions for the right candidate with the right attitude. APF is looking for self-motivated and energetic individuals to form part of our team. This fast-paced work is for various clients located across our three Distribution Centre sites, Athol Park, Albert Park, and Regency Park and may involve a degree of manual handling so a level of fitness is a plus.

There are multiple positions available, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. We are flexible for the right candidate and could split these positions across many candidates. Pay rate as per Storage Services Award.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operation of Class C and MR Truck(s) as required.
- Ensures goods and products are secured inside the truck to minimize damage during transit.
- Reads and efficiently works form routing manifest to deliver products to customers using a truck, forklift, and/or pallet jack.
- Follows correct procedures to document customer receipt of product and omission or error.
- Collects or picks up empty containers, rejects, or unsold merchandise.
- Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.




- Upon completion of delivery route, follows check-in procedures, verifying accurate checks in any returned product, pallets, or containers.
- Cleans (sweeps, discards trash, washes inside windows, etc.) assigned delivery vehicle and trailer.
- Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspection of assigned vehicle and complete pre-trip/post-trip report; distribute as directed.
- Ensure compliance and safety are adhered to at all times.
- Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions.

Experience Requirements (Note that for the right person, we would provide all training):

- Class C Truck operation
- MR/HR Licence (desirable)
- Reach Truck / LF Forklift Licence (desirable)
- Quality assurance
- Computer literate

To be successful in this role you will have the following demonstrated abilities:

- Hold a current Drivers’ Licence and have reliable transport
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to undertake manual handling and other duties on ground level when needed
- Willingness to undertake multi-drop deliveries across Metro Adelaide
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
