Responsibilities & Duties

- Ensure the business unit has vehicles that are made available to customer via various product lines, ie: Cleaned, Serviced, damage assessed, documents up to date
- Ensure and be responsible for all vehicles being serviced on time and have the necessary works completed
- Working with fleet team on warranty matters, COI & BHSL
- Coordinating vehicles for de-fleet (sale preparation)
- Receiving and preparing new vehicles
- Control cars that are onsite at the depot, ensuring depot carpark is neat and tidy
- Organise cars to be clean and ready to rent. (Physically clean cars/fuel cars)Work with smash repairers to get the cars repaired as quick as possible
- Shuttle vehicles to and from Dealerships and other specified locations
- Organise vehicle inspections with corporate partners

Required Behaviours & Skills





- Stock control/Panel beating/Logistics or related industry experience
- Intermediate level in computer skills including Excel and Fleet Systems Management
- Full unrestricted Motor Vehicle License
- Mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles
