Who we are

We are an Australian owned and operated online store with the largest market share in our retail category. Our office and warehouse is based in Castle Hill where we ship premium products domestically and internationally.

The role

We are seeking additional warehouse employees to fulfil the daily operations associated with order processing. Prerequisites include:

- An ability to work with others and, more importantly, autonomously for extended periods of time.
- Capacity to learn new operating systems associated with order and freight processing.
- Attention to detail in every step of the fulfilment process.
- Personal vehicle as warehouse is not located near any public transport.
- Working hours are 8.00AM-3.00PM with potential overtime.





Key responsibilities:

- Picking and packing of orders.
- Maintaining a tidy and efficient work area.
- Stock level maintenance of over 2,000 items.
- Processing orders over the phone.
- Regular restocking of storeroom and shelves.

Salary is commensurate with work experience with the addition of an annual performance based bonus.
