Plastec Australia is one of Australia's leading manufacturers and distributors of plastic plumbing fittings. Plastec is currently seeking experienced Warehouse Store Persons to join the dispatch team at our Sunshine Coast distribution centre located in Caloundra.

The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, these full-time positions, will encompass duties such as;

- order picking and packing,
- quality control and stock movements
- operating machinery
- loading and unloading of trucks and containers

Essential skills & knowledge

The succesful applicants will be required to have the following;

- a current forklift license
- RF scanning gun experience would be an advantageous
- a current MR license may also be highly regarded
- a solid work ethic and employment history
- accuracy and attention to detail
- able to correctly interpret and process work orders,



manifests and shipment paperwork
- capable of effectively multi-tasking throughout daily operations
- work autonomously and effectively in a cross functional team workplace
- knowledge of WH&S; guidelines
- the ability to communicate across all levels of the business and work well within a small team environment
