Beach and Bush Distributors is the Northern Rivers leading Confectionary and Snack foods wholesaler.

Our warehouse is based in Gooonellabah.

We are looking for 1 full time order picker to compliment our warehouse team.

The right candidate will start on fulltime 38hrs at $27/hr with a 3 month probationary period.

Hours of work would be
7:30am - 4pm Monday-Thursday
7:30am - 2pm Friday

We don't work Weekends or Public Holidays.

When we are busy some overtime will be required.

The right candidate will have the option to get their forklift ticket through our workplace at our cost if they don't already have it.

Job Description:-

JOB TITLE: WAREHOUSE EMPLOYEE

MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS(KPI’S)

REPORTS TO: WAREHOUSE MANAGER

- Maintain a safe work environment
- Promote a teamwork orientated environment
- Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse
- Make sure all warehouse equipment is always secure to use
- Make sure incoming deliveries are marked off and put away within 48hours of receival by warehouse staff or themselves
- Pick and Pack orders as required
- Ensure the correct stock is picked as per the RF Gun or Pick slip as per the customer orders.




- Ensure all picked cartons are labelled correctly for the appropriate customer
- Adjust and relocate stock within the warehouse to keep the pick flow as efficient as possible
- Check dates & rotate stock on the shelves as the stock is put away
- Notify managers of any upcoming short dated products
- Notify managers of any stock on hand discrepancies
- Maintain at least an average pick rate of 60 items per hour when picking.
- Identify any risks, procedures or efficiencies to the current warehouse setup
- Assist the Warehouse manager in any duties required
- Assist in stock takes
- Report to the Warehouse Manager of any challenges faced
- Adherence to company policies and procedures

These KPI’s embody the core scope of the Warehouse Employee’s position. It is an expectation that you will continue to ensure you are adhering to the KPI’s of your position.

You will be expected to perform other job-related tasked outside of the core KPI’s as required by management as necessitated by the development of this role and the development of the business.
