Wonderful opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Office to join a strong team on temporary basis

Your current company
This well-established, SA success story specialises in manufacturing and has a reputation for supplying quality products across Australia and New Zealand. They are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their team on a temporary basis in their offices North East of Adelaide.

Your new role
You'll report to the Finance Manager and your duties will include the following:

- Processing of general ledger and three way matching invoices
- High volume - 200+ invoices a day across a team of 4
- Dealing with several entities across States and with multiple departments
- Processing of foreign currency invoices




- Generating payment proposals/files
- Maintenance of credit claims
- Reconciliation of creditor accounts
- Monthly reporting
- Attending to queries from suppliers and staff

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in a similar roll
- Effective time management
- Clear and effective communication
- Knowledge of JDE or SAP is highly desirable
