Eurofurn is seeking an Assistant Accountant to support our busy team and manufacturing facility in Virginia Qld.

About the role: As an integral part of Eurofurn’s project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and storing all incoming and outgoing goods across multiple departments at our Virginia-based facility.

Your day-to-day will look like:

- Accounts payable, receivable (including invoicing) and payroll functions.
- Manage all daily banking duties and reconciliations.
- Preparation and compilation of daily cash flow analysis.
- Preparation and processing of weekly timesheets and payroll.
- Preparation and processing of weekly creditor payments.
- Preparation and processing of monthly P&L; reporting and expense analysis.
- Preparation and processing of statutory returns for PAYG, BAS, Super, Payroll Tax, as well as any others required.
- Preparation, processing, and compilation of KPI reporting to the management team.
- Regular communication with our clients and suppliers to provide support where required.
- Provide team administrative support where required.

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
- A problem solver that will develop along with the role.
- Bachelor of Business (accounting)
- Current Drivers Licence
