Job Purpose
Developing and maintaining Coil product portfolio for South Asia Coil Project and product delivery.
Key Accountabilities
• Follow safe work practices for personal and equipment safety
• Responsibility of managing and planing project activities, and responsible for delivery of small or non-complex (sub)projects within the R&D; function, delivering new product or optimisation of processes as per project plan & deliverables
• Provide technical service support to Regional Technical / Commercial team
• Evaluate and optimize formulations so they are designed for consistent manufacture in the manufacturing plant, and that procedures are followed
• Prepare reports that compile and concludes evaluation results and findings, and update guidelines
• Developing current solutions, implementing solutions,
improve performance
• Identifyig issues and root cause
Experience
• 3-6 years of experience in the Industrial Coatings industry
• Good understanding of the Coatings technologies platforms
• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry / Polymer Science or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, influencing, result oriented, problem solving, project management
• Very good English language skills
