As they continue to lead the way in their industry sector, they are seeking the expertise of a Finance Manager, working closely with the Director to ensure the ongoing growth strategy and financial wellbeing of the business is achieved.

Duties will include:

- Lead and mentor the group’s accounting department.
- Management and monitoring all financial functions including AR/AP, Payroll
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial results on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Continuous development and management of financial reporting including forecasting, budgets and cashflow.
- Implement and develop systems and processes to support the business growth and increase efficiencies.




- Working in collaboration with the Director to evaluate strategic initiatives for the business that align with the company’s strategic plan.
- Provide key stakeholders with data-driven analysis and insights needed to make informed financial and strategic decisions to continue to grow the business.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, and other legislation.
- Prepare insightful monthly financial analysis, reviewing profitability relating to projects and / or business activities.
- Coach and build business acumen with key internal stakeholders to improve understanding of financial implications of their decision making.

To be successful in this role you must be degree qualified and completed your CA/CPA and be looking for a role that requires a hands on approach. Previous experience within manufacturing and/or project driven environments would be advantageous but not essential. Most important is your ability to work in a company that is success focused, team orientated and highly motivated.
