Description

- Manage Generating financial reports that display the company's profits, equity, and cash flow
- Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
- and complete month end activities and ensure output in an accurate and timely manner
- Preparation of leases according to IFRS 16
- Period balance sheet reconciliations of selected asset and liability accounts
- Assisting with audit requirements
- General ledger maintenance
- Journal and month-end processing




- Balance sheet reconciliations (and year end reporting)
- Variance analysis of all bank statements and balance sheet accounts
- Any other ad hoc duties that arise

Profile

- Minimum two years' Financial Accounting and/or Statutory Reporting experience
- Working towards or completed CA/CPA
- Tertiary degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce
- Audit/Chartered (Big4) environment experience highly desirable
- Experience in working with SAP ERP (FICO, BI & Consolidation modules) would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge in Excel, Australian Financial Reporting Standards and IFRS
- A good communicator with attention to detail
- Strong team player
