About the role
Join our business as the Maintenance Manager at our Port Adelaide site. You will be responsible for managing both day and afternoon shift teams that operate between 6am to 4pm and 5pm to 1am. As the Maintenance Manager you will lead from the front and spear head processes and initiatives such as:
- Safety leadership responsibilities
- Customer service responsibilities whereby you will be liaising with customers and key internal stakeholders such as the operations leaders
- Delivery of the planned maintenance programme and respond to emergency maintenance issues
- Costing and budgetary responsibilities
- Leading a team of both direct and indirect reports to ensure the delivery of the maintenance plan
Hours of the role: Monday – Friday day shift role. Flexible start and finish times
About your experience
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Significant experience in Maintenance,
Production Manufacturing or similar
- Strong people leader
- Demonstrated ability to hold yourself and others to account
- Project management experience
- Experience in SAP is desirable
- Strong computer skills
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
