Your New Company:

Working for a leading food manufacturer in the Inner West of Sydney. In this temporary role we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner to join this project and bring the companies Maintenance Planning function up to date.

Your New Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner with strong MEX experience to make a difference from day one. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the companies’ equipment and facilities. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of MEX maintenance software and will be able to use this software to develop preventive maintenance programs, generate work orders, and update task descriptions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs using MEX software
- Generate work orders and assign tasks to maintenance staff




- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruptions to operations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Evaluate equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

- Maintenance Trade Certificate
- Strong MEX experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance planning or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Strong organizational and planning skills

This is a temporary position paying, looking for someone to start immediately.
