About the role

Join a manufacturing and distribution site in Wagga Wagga where you will be a part of close-knit operations and leadership team. We are highly safety-focused and look after each other, taking pride in delivering the highest quality products to customers. Be involved and enjoy plenty of on-the-job training opportunities.

Working hours: Mondays to Thursdays – 7:30 am to 4:30pm, and early finish on Fridays - 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Site offers OT opportunities.

Key duties:

• Operating cutting and bending machine for steel bars and accessories
• Operating forklift and crane machines to load and unload trucks
• Championing safety procedures to the highest standard
• Involvement in process improvement initiatives

About your experience

You are someone who values teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement and has a strong desire to succeed.

• Experienced Operator or someone willing to learn
• Manufacturing or construction industry experience is ideal
• Forklift licence and crane experiences are highly desirable
• Continuous learning and can-do mindset
• Safety focused and success driven
