A high end joinery manufacturer are seeking an experienced Production Manager in the South East!

Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a prominent role within the organisation, and you will be a key part of the management team. You will be technically minded and have thorough experience with the design and manufacture of high volumes of totally bespoke kitchens and other residential cabinetry. You will be overseeing the management, organisation, training & discipline of 25-30 staff, including the Quality Manager, Factory Foreman, and Production Coordinator to ensure the efficient running of the factory, as well as resolving production, personnel,



and supply issues as they arise.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant you will have had extensive, senior experience in a high end, medium/large wholesale custom Cabinet Making and/or Joinery environment. Attention-to-detail is absolutely paramount and you will be familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel & ideally have experience with CAD design and CNC manufacturing programmes & technologies. Most importantly - have the energy to keep on top of wide-ranging issues in a really busy environment. You need to enjoy helping your people grow, not just be their "boss"!
