We are seeking a highly motivated people with exposure in a similar role or industry to join our Crestmead Branch and our Manufacturing Facility.
We have multiple positions available working a minimum of 38 hours per week, plus overtime as required.
The Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Warehouse Operator’s primary focus is to:
- Efficiently complete the various day-to-day activities of Despatch focusing on accuracy of picking, delivery of accurate paperwork to the Administrators, high quality packaging of orders,
QA inspections on fabricated stock and general safety
- Achieve 100% DIFOT whilst minimising damage to stock
- Training of new team members on standard operating procedures as requested
- Foster a positive and can-do approach to servicing the needs of Oxworks internal customers (Branches) as a priority
In summary, the Warehouse Operator is a key person in the branch operation, providing the human link between the customer and Oxworks’ warehouse processes.

- Demonstrated warehouse experience in manufacturing environment
- Current forklift license
- Ability to follow clear verbal instructions
- Ability to multitask
