The Agency:
Hello Social has grown to be one of the largest independently owned integrated media agencies in Australia. We ideate complex and creative marketing campaigns for the likes of Uber, Paramount +, Kimberly Clark and many more.
Our team of 40 consists of producers, senior account managers, performance marketers, account directors and strategists. If a client has a integrated marketing need, we can execute it!
We have a large open plan office next to The Winery in Surry Hills and a culture that embraces learning and change.
The Role:
We currently have 2 Client Experience teams that consist of 4-6 team members who manage between 3-6 clients each. Due to the growth of our business, we are looking to build out an additional team in our stable. The role of the successful candidate is to assist in building and growing a high performing team, helping them grow professionally, and personally whilst achieving the goals of their clients concurrently.
In a nutshell you will be:
· Managing and developing the skills and knowledge in your team
· Providing guidance on complicated account management issues
· Knowing industry best practice in social media & broader marketing strategy
· Be a source of social media knowledge for your team
There is also an opportunity for the right candidate, to join the leadership team at the agency.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
· An extreme technical knowledge of social media as you will need to answer & solve complex questions & problems
· 2+ years managing a team (desirable, but not critical)
· 3+ years agency experience
· 4+ years social media/integrated marketing experience
· Ability to produce a complex social media or integrated marketing strategy
· Ability to use data & behavioural insights to help formulate said strategies for key clients
· Experience working with closely with internal stakeholders across performance, strategy, project management and creative to deliver exceptional work
· Extensive experience in developing engaging content
