About the Role

Preparation of month end financial accounts to profit and loss and balance sheet level, according to set timetables.

Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and related Asset Clearing Accounts

Preparation of Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations

Reconcile subsidiary ledgers and balance sheet accounts to the general ledger as well as correct reconciling items on a timely basis.

Daily use of technology solutions and Microsoft Office applications





Communicate accurately and succinctly with peers and superiors, both verbally and in writing.

Assist with on-going projects and tasks.

About You:

Previous work experience in a corporate environment involving meeting deadlines with accuracy.

Sound working knowledge of accounting procedures and concepts to trial balance, profit and loss and balance sheet level.

Sound working knowledge of accounting for revenue, wages, supplies and fixed assets.

Intermediate Excel skills (desirable)

Prior work experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (highly desirable)

Accounting Degree
