The role of Data Analyst is the cornerstone of team. It’s at the frontline for data management when it comes to capturing and understanding, enquiry, market share, opportunity and pursuit data.

The accuracy and breadth of our data, truly sets us apart in the market. With specialised Data Analysts supporting our brokerage teams we’re able to empower occupiers and owners to anticipate opportunities and execute successful real estate strategies.

Depending on your interest this role can lead into brokerage, a specialist analyst pathway or further within other departments. It’s a terrific entry level role, that will provide you with the platform of knowledge & experience needed to grow & learn from the market leading team & kick start your career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and preparation of databases.




- Accurate and diligent inputting, linking, maintaining and updating property details, sales enquiries, requirements, client information, client profiling and departmental pipelines in Salesforce and MIQ.
- Conduct title searches and company searches as required
- SALESFORCE (CRM Databse) - Data base management, contact Upload, Profiling/subscribing, Project Enquiries and Campaign reports
- To identify and record any problems relating to the process and quality system

About you:

- A proactive approach and ambition to be part of a high performance team.
- A keen interest in Commercial Property
- Proficient in MS Office – with a sound understanding of PowerPoint is essential.
- Previous experience with InDesign is highly desirable.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
