Your new company

Hays are partnered with some of the largest suppliers in Soft Services and Facilities management for the resource and mining industries. These organisations specialise in remote and offshore locations and are committed to providing quality service for the clients workforces at these locations. Hays are seeking experienced bulk catering Relief Chefs who are available for an immediate start.

Your new role

You will work alongside other professionals in large commercial kitchens with the responsibility of delivering a high quality meal service.

Previous bulk catering experience, good communication skills and the ability to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment will lead to your success. You will be required to support and guide all kitchen staff while ensuring the safety of your duties are in line with H&S; standards.



Previous remote or FIFO experience is desired but not essential. These roles are generally a 2:1 rostered swing working 10-12 hours per day.

What you'll need to succeed

Successful candidates will need to have a Cert III in commercial cookery with the ability to pass a pre-employment medical with a Drug & Alcohol test prior to commencement. Candidates will need to be Darwin based and able to work night or day shifts when required.
