Client Accountant

Role overview

We are looking for a Client Accountant to come onboard to join our finance team for a full time role. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of jobs for the agency you work with.

The role will include the following responsibilities:

- Monthly WIP management and JDR review with Producers & Account Service Team.
- Liaising with Agencies, Producers and Account Service Team for Revenue Forecasts.
- Inputting into Revenue rolling forecasting, providing detail on job status and project phasing.
- Maintenance of accurate Client information and Rate Cards.
- Maintenance of accurate Altiar/HFM system requirements for revenue reporting.




- Management of Job Close Process in accordance with Client contractual obligations.
- Month End Process as pertains to Clients/Revenue.
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting requirements, including Rolling Forecasts, Commits, Client Profitability.
- Time reconciliation, Groupe Client and other adhoc reporting as per Client and Internal Management requirements.
- Assisting with Revenue reports and backup for Internal, FMC and External Audits, along with client audits as required
- Building positive relationships with Producers, Account Service team and Agencies Teams – regular and open communication.
- Working with management on improving internal efficiencies, and optimising operating processes.

Qualifications

You will have:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting
- 3+ years’ financial management experience in the advertising/marketing industry
- Impeccable mathematics and analytical skills
- Ability to work strictly to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
