The opportunity
Are you a highly organised marketer who loves seeing a campaign succeed? Do you have a deep dedication to the quality of your work and a knack for working with others. This role won’t disappoint. You will support the Campaigns Manager in the end-to-end development and delivery of large scale product and regulatory member campaigns that communicate change and encourage positive actions. More specific responsibilities will include developing campaign briefs and schedules and liaising with our in-house digital, content, compliance and product teams,
external administrator and other business partners to ensure timely development and approval of all campaign requirements. You will thrive in taking ownership of a campaigns progress and your ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will be supreme. You will also work with the Campaigns Manager to review campaign effectiveness and make recommendations on how to improve the customer journey.
About you
Like us, you will have a genuine commitment to our members. With strong experience in a similar role in a member-centric organisation, you will bring a proven capability to execute data-driven campaigns and manage the production of printed and digital direct marketing materials. You’ve managed multi-channel marketing, especially email channels and have scrupulous attention to detail. With a calm, collaborative and agile style, you have great stakeholder management skills and experience with digital campaign principles. You will be well versed in campaign development from planning through to development and execution and have outstanding communication skills.
