Your new role
This Commercial Manager role will see you reporting to the Commercial Director providing commercial guidance and direction to the business working directly with Project and Bid teams regarding negotiations and tender outcomes. You will be responsible for project compliance with the contract, Australian and foreign government requirements for the management of technology, intellectual property and confidential data. Contributing to phase and contract status reviews will be a challenging part of this position.
You will have experience liaising strategically with all levels of stakeholders including Project Managers, Engineering, Internal and External Customers including the Department of Defence.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience or knowledge of working with ASDEFCON bids and contract negotiations
- Experience in the management and development of contract frameworks in the Government and Defence markets
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Currently have or able to obtain Australian Defence Clearances
