So, what’s the role you ask?

We are recruiting for a talented and motivated Digital marketing specialist to join our Brisbane team in a full-time capacity. If you have about 2 years’ experience with paid digital campaigns and you are ready to take the next-step in the fast-paced world of full-service agencies, then this role is for you!





You will be working closely with the rest of the Digital team to produce quality campaigns through paid platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc) and go above and beyond client expectations. If you have an appetite for “new” trends on channels like Instagram and TikTok, even better!

A day in the life of…

- You will take care of your clients’ digital presence through all relevant paid channels through building and optimising their campaigns regularly
- You love to jump into GA to collect data and you have a talent to interpret it
- Your curious nature has pushed you to explore GA4 and you are starting to feel confident using it
- Your campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Ads have A/B tests and experiments running, because you always want to push it to the next level
- You proactively email or call your existing clients to share update on your results, and smart ideas on next steps, so you can maintain a great client relationship
- You join your Digital Director into BD meetings where your ideas are listened to and valued
- You support the rest of the Digital team with your positive attitude and team player nature
- You are able to self-assess your own work before sending to your manager for approval, because you are considered an expert and you pride yourself in delivering great work
- You love to undertake self-directed learning, because you know digital is an always changing game
- You can understand a brief and use your critical thinking to provide the right approach to each client’s needs
- You are not afraid to seek clarifications when needed and you always offer your opinions/ideas,



because you understand that your Digital Director will always want to hear what you think
- You actively contribute to a positive team environment – we take out what we put in
