Finance Manager role 100k - 120k + super. Banking/non bank lending background preferred but not essential

Your new role
Reporting into the CEO
- Accountable for the full spectrum of the finance and accounting related functions.
- Ensure all finance and accounting activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner.
- Timely preparation of the Group's monthly Consolidated Financial Statements.
- Timely preparation of Quarterly Announcement for regulatory reporting in compliance with listing requirement and any other regulatory bodies.
- Review monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements for appropriateness and to provide the Management with robust information for sound decision-making.
- Liaise with financial institutions on funding, borrowing costs, treasury management and other relevant matters.
- Preparation,
including coordinating with relevant departments for input/discussions in formulating budget, in line with the Group's overall strategies and targets.
- Ensure timely submission and payment of GST for the Group.
- Review tax estimation and ensure payments are made timely.
- To carry out tax planning for the Group and compliance with Transfer Pricing guidelines.
- Oversee all financial and accounting system controls and standards for the Group.
What you'll need to succeed
Banking/non bank lending industry background preferred but not essential
- CPA/CA part qualified or qualified Accountant
- Ideally 5 to 7 years experience but flexible to 10 years
- Adaptable and hands on
- Ability to enhance systems and processes
- Thrive in a small start up (part of a large global group)
