Here’s a snapshot of your day:

- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
- Reviews assigned work orders.
- Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
- Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems.




- Assists with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
- Assists with office/lab workstation setup and meeting room setup, including connecting to power, internet, projectors, monitors and screens etc.
- Maintains lighting systems throughout client facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and lamps.

Skills and experience:

- Relevant and valid OH&S; cards preferred, such as License for operating a Forklift, Elevating Work Platform, and Work Safely At Heights.
- Suitable Trade qualifications or experience in plumbing is highly desirable, and hands-on with building repair/carpentry work.
- Basic knowledge and safety awareness around electrical work.
- Experience with general repairs and maintenance in a structured commercial workplace.
- Valid Driver’s License.
