We currently have an opportunity for a HSE professional with tertiary qualifications in safety and/or environmental management, engineering or health to join a key client account. Reporting to the National HSE Manager this generalist role will encompass collaboratively engaging colleagues and clients across the nation on HSE compliance and injury/ incident management.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Implement WHS&L; and Environmental Management procedures at site & regional level,
- Monitor the Assurance Risk Management program and continue to action the recommendations to minimise and control the risks identified on particular assets,
- Minimise work related injuries across the account,
- Providing advice and support to colleagues, senior management and clients on HSE matters,




- Maintaining and reviewing incident management programs and developing strategies for management of HSE issues in the workplace,
- Coordinating consultative forums across the region,
- Developing and implementing HSE training to the business (including induction, business line specific and risk specific training etc);
- Assisting the business to manage contractors,
- Conducting workplace assessments.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

- Previous experience within an HSE role preferably within the property industry
- Completion a qualification within safety, environmental management, engineering or health.
- Superior organisational skills, have a strong attention to detail and a responsive, proactive attitude.
- Applicants with qualification in auditing, RTW Coordinator, iCAM or Tap Root investigation certification will be received favourably.
