The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Owners Corporation Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our owners corporation properties. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of strata management, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties at once.
Skills and Experience:
- SCA A100/NZ100 as a minimum accreditation (Certificate IV preferred)
- Previous experience in owners corporation management, with a demonstrated track record of success
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of relevant owners corporation legislation and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
