Position Overview
The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator role is to support United for Care with its brand awareness, presence and engagement. This role will include developing and creating engaging content as well as support the business with marketing needs such as collateral and merchandise.
The responsibilities include but limited to:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of United for Care's services to successfully promote and market to new customers and referrers.
- Maintain United for Care's online presence by creating and sharing content that will engage targeted audiences on social media, EDMs and websites.
- Support with implementing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Research and remain up-to-date with trends and topics to ensure the organisation is continually gaining attraction across all channels.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their marketing needs and requirements.
- Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
- Preparing marketing reports and insights to enhance content and marketing activity by analysing data.
About You
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related discipline will highly regarded but not essential.
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator
- Solid working knowledge of website analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with an adaptable communication style.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with ability to juggle several campaigns at one time
- Strong attention to detail
- A passion for creativity and driving marketing campaigns
