About the Position:

We’ve recently moved our marketing department in-house, and are now looking to grow the team again. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about marketing, has strong organizational skills, and is able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

You will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and have the opportunity to work with a passionate and enthusiastic team in growing and supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing manager to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, TVC, print etc.)
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, and make recommendations for optimisation
- Manage and maintain marketing materials and assets, including brand guidelines, imagery, and copy
- Support the wider business in adopting current marketing strategies and processes

Skills required:





- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives
- A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as analytics tools, CRM, CMS, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms

Nice-to-haves:

- Experience with specific marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, or content marketing
- Familiarity with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Skills and areas of expertise in graphic design, account management, content writing, web development, SEO, or other relevant areas
