Join the equ team as a Performance Marketing Specialist!

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who has proven experience in SEO and Paid Advertising across search and social platforms.

You will have the opportunity to work on digital experience projects, SEO projects and paid advertising campaigns across various networks such as Google Ads & Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have professional Google and social network advertising experience working with clients or in-house. You will also need to possess an understanding of data and analytics and the ability to question and investigate patterns with a critical eye. Google Ads and Meta certifications will be looked upon favourably.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary. This role is based in our Perth CBD office. We are proud of our hybrid and flexible working model but culture is important to us, so applicants must be able to work from our office some of the time each week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across various networks such as Google Ads & Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and more.
- Delivering Search Experience Optimisation (SXO) strategies through the delivery of SEO, SEM, Content, and UX strategies.
- Combining data and analytics with common sense to deliver KPI frameworks and Google Data Studio reports for clients.
- Working with strategy,



UX and Development teams to help deliver exceptional digital products and experiences that move people to action.
- Reporting and confidently presenting on results using real-world data.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to internal teams and external clients.

Skills you'll possess:

- Experience in the delivery of services in the areas of SEO, SEM, Social Media, conversion rate optimisation, digital campaign management, email marketing, analytics and reporting
- Demonstrated experience of strong digital marketing performance, deriving insights and producing outcomes
- Professional Google and social network advertising experience working with clients or in-house.
- An understanding of data and analytics – the ability to question and investigate patterns with a critical eye and develop strategies from this analysis.
- A proactive attitude that can be applied to your clients' work, the team around you, and the business.
- A critical eye for detail. Every number, letter and character matters.
- Confidence to take ownership of your work and clients' accounts, with support from your team.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and active listening skills.
