Responsibilities: As the Marketing Manager you will work with an energetic, diligent and committed Services team to continuously drive impact in the business and in the market. This is a very hands on, dynamic role and some of your responsibilities will be: Develop a deep understanding of the Kelly+Partners business and the clients it serves in each of its offices and in turn, use this information to inform and empower functional teams including content, partner, events, and performance so we can build accurate targeting, positioning, and acquisition activities to achieve our goals. Work to advise on local cultural and language requirements for online activities, e.g. paid search, paid social, landing pages, etc.



Support in identifying key promotional online and offline channels for building awareness in the market and generating current leads. Create a calendar of activities that drive increased trial signups and activations. Working closely with the People team, localise and promote relevant global and local thought leadership content. Identify stories with the People team to turn them into testimonials for clients and also potential candidates for recruitment. Edit and create partner collateral, including but not limited to: blog posts, webinars, newsletters (internal and external), partner listings and bios, and other pieces of marketing collateral. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and attributes: You love to work and you are a curious and driven executor! A self-starter, entpreneurial attitude with strong organisational and time management skills and experience in data led decision making. Tertiary qualifications along with working experience in a start up or dynamic organisation Experience setting and achieving goals, channel targets, and reporting on performance metrics Proven track record of taking end-to-end ownership of marketing activities for a Marketing and growing performance Experience working with third-party agencies Proactive: well-organized and able to track down answers and meet deadlines Curious and creative: willing to test new ideas Adaptable: able to develop and document new processes and learn from failure and quickly iterate Travel Requirements: Ability to travel to offices and set up events is a must have for this position.
