We are an ambitious recruitment & staffing agency specialising in the Healthcare sector, privately owned with two business owners. Growth is our priority, we currently have a Sydney team of twenty-eight people and we won't achieve our lofty goals unless we bring in a talented, driven and passionate Operations Manager to support the many projects that are building up fast.

Project examples?

This will be broad, will cover many areas and really is optimising the business working alongside key people. Here is a snapshot:

- Finance – Collaborate with internal and external finance specialists as we look to bring more payroll in-house, to ensure that systems/tech optimise finance goals and help deliver key data to management so they can make informed decisions

- Creative – Work with our website company to make positive changes, drive better results, increase SEO and maximise results . Develop our social media, branding and marketing by using internal resources, utilising external help and hiring specialist staff

- Legal – As a Healthcare staffing specialist, we have plenty of legal obligations, areas of risk and compliance.



Work with our external legal team across areas such as terms of business, insurances, agreements, WH&S.; Keeping the business safe is a key area of focus

- Systems & Tech – We have already implemented great tech to help our business but we can always be better. How can our current systems be used more effectively? What new tech can help us move forward? Can data be used to set better KPI’s and metrics to drive even higher performance?

- HR & Internal Recruitment – Focus on how we attract talent and use tools to ensure we are employing the best people. Improve our on-boarding process and ensure we are a leader when it comes to career development, progression, support and recognition.

We are looking for an Operations Manager that has proven experience managing multiple projects and can demonstrate examples of successful projects to optimise/improve a business.
