An experienced Payroll Manager is needed to lead the department in a busy and well established organisation.

Your new role
Your first class leadership skills and previous management experience will be essential to being successful in this role. Your primary focus will be ensuring timely and accurate processing from the payroll Officers. Processing numerous payrolls for many employees you will need to respond to payroll queries within our agreed service levels, along with responsibility for calculating pay increases, back pays and processing leave reconciliations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience operating as a Payroll Manager within a fast-paced, high volume organisation. You will need to have good computer literacy and numerical data processing speed and accuracy,



knowledge of manual and computerised payroll systems and a time and attendance software, developed communication skills, interpersonal skills, a great attitude, and strong work ethic.
