Key Responsibilities; maintaining unit premises clean, orderly, and in compliance with Sanitation practices and regulations.

Pay Rate $20.50 hr.

* Weekly pay, PTO, Paid Training, 401K after 6 months *

- Follow established rules of the facility for entry to building and work areas, properly attired and in compliance with HACCP guidelines for personal hygiene and observe security precautions as mandated by facility management.
- Comply with company implemented sanitation Standard Operating Procedures including the company’s HACCP Plan and Good Manufacturing Practices which maintains the company’s compliance with USDA regulations.
- Clean and sanitize all interior areas within facility and external property.
- Handle disposal of all waste products. International trash and garbage to be disposed of according to regulations.
- Ensure that spills are promptly mopped up and floors are kept dry and degreased to minimize slips and falls due to wet floors.




- Use proper detergents and degreasing solvents to maintain safe working environment for all production areas and maintain use and proper storage of sanitation chemicals and equipment.
- Sanitize all restrooms and areas of common personnel traffic, including walls and floors
- Empty and clean refuse containers and dispose of refuse in proper bins for later removal.
- Cleaning of all pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with placement of office equipment and furniture and kitchen equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by unit Supervisors.

- Education/Experience - One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Language Ability - Able to communicate with coworkers and supervisors and read machine operations monitoring instruments, as well as documents monitoring use of equipment used in daily sanitation procedures.
- Manual Dexterity - Able to work with hands to handle tools and equipment used in cleaning processes
- Reasoning Ability - Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Computer Skills - No Computer skills needed.
- Certificates and Licenses - No certifications needed. Within 3 years, Sanitation License or Certificate will be a plus.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to high temperatures and humidity (non-weather). The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
