DIVISION is an award-winning creative production company with offices in Paris, Los Angeles, Sydney. We are looking for a talented and creative PRODUCTION ASSISTANT who is passionate about Advertising, Film and Production to join DIVISION on a full-time contract. In this role, you will support the Production team with the smooth running of projects. We are looking for someone motivated, and excited to work across the production-process from beginning to end. The successful candidate will be confident, an exceptional communicator, highly proactive, and capable of working independently. The role within the company presents an exciting chance to work and grow within the advertising and film industry.



Main skills required:Experience in a production-based role.Organisational and time management skills.Impeccable written and communication skills.Attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile.Experience using Adobe programmes. Main responsibilities include:Assisting all producers and directors with general duties.Booking crew through crew agencies.Proof reading director treatments & occasionally assisting with visual research.Creating all pre-production documentation (using Adobe programmes), including PPM documents and callsheets.Travel bookings/arrangements.Production scheduling.Preparing production kits for shoot days.Gain experience on set, assisting with producers & director's needs.Assisting with general company marketing and PR, such as writing articles for media exposure.Managing social media accounts including creating posts.Award submissions.Help with improving DIVISION's green policies and diversity projects.Reconciling of expenses and office related invoices.Keeping databases up to date.
