Join a fast-growing charity and help expand the frontline work 4 Voices is doing to support vulnerable women in our community impacted by domestic/ family violence and homelessness.

We require the skills of an experienced operations leader who can coordinate the growth of our current frontline volunteer team in Inner Sydney and support the expansion of 4 Voices into Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruiting, onboarding and management of volunteers, in conjunction with our People &Culture; team and the volunteer management team.
- In conjunction with the National Operations Manager and P&C; team, manage the implementation of volunteer attraction and retention strategies, including rewards program.
- Oversee the launch of new frontline vans in the region, including identifying new service locations.
- Supporting the development of training, and the facilitation of volunteer training events.
