Job brief

As the Senior Marketing Manager,



you will play a critical role in developing and executing our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and generating demand for our machine-learning solutions. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible over time for scaling the marketing function, building a team of marketing professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the development and execution of product release marketing plans to ensure the successful launch of new solutions
- Collaborate closely with Sales to develop sales enablement materials and drive revenue growth
- Manage the company's website, social media accounts, and other digital marketing channels
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
- Build brand awareness and generate demand for our machine-learning solutions through targeted campaigns across various channels
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and insights that inform our marketing strategy
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to drive performance and growth
- Work closely with Product Development to ensure marketing efforts align with the product roadmap and customer needs
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjust strategies as needed,



and regularly report to senior leadership

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B setting
- Experience in the mining or technology industries is a plus
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of marketing professionals
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
- Familiarity with machine learning and data analytics is a plus
- Experience in SaaS marketing is highly desirable
