Description:

The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing the company's media strategies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer acquisition and retention. This includes developing comprehensive content marketing strategies, managing, and optimizing owned media channels, and analysing performance to improve tactics.

The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, including the paid media team, product, design, and sales teams, to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all touchpoints. Additionally, the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing, social media, and PR.

- Lead and execute owned and earned media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies including blog posts,



social media content, email campaigns, white papers, webinars, etc.
- Strong experience in SEO - you are confident in the role of subject matter expert with internal teams.
- Strong hands-on experience utilising industry leading tools – examples: Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google/Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Screaming Frog
- Execute end-to-end communication programs including journey design, deployment, asset build, test and ongoing management.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms examples- Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience/Adobe Target, Google optimise.
- Manage and optimize owned media channels such as the company blog, social media, video, and email campaigns to drive engagement and grow audience.
- Analyze and report on owned and earned media performance using data-driven insights to improve strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with paid media team to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product, design, sales) to ensure consistency and alignment of messaging across all touchpoints.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing, social media, and PR.

Skills and Experiences:

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on owned and earned media.
- Having Forex/CFD/gambling industry experience is a plus but not essential.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing, social media, Video and lifecycle journeys.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills,



with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing and developing a team of marketing professionals.
