The Position

- Clean portfolio of 150 properties (end-to-end management)
- South/West Portfolio
- Dealing with new build properties within newly created communities
- NO Leasing, No Routines, No New Business, and No Trust Account duties
- Owner, Tenant & Contractor liaison
- Ensure all leases, authorities, and other documentation are fully executed
- Negotiate lease renewals etc
- Manage maintenance requests and work orders

The Ideal Candidate

- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience end to end portfolio management essential
- Previous experience with property-tree
