What's the role?
The key function of the Settlements Officer is to manage Plenti's loan settlements with exceptional standards and to ensure settlements are actioned accurately and in a timely manner. Through working with a number of stakeholders, prioritizing and actioning work, our aim is to help create a business that is servicing our customers quicker than our competitors.
In this role you will prepare Settlement documentation by reviewing and verifying against business requirements. You'll act as an internal and external escalation point to ensure Settlements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will think like a customer and never forget that our customers are what it’s all about. They will make it happen in a simple ‘do it together fashion’ to get the job done. They will do what’s right knowing that our decisions matter, which will inevitably lead us to be the best.
This role is a parental leave cover for a 12 month contract period.

- Good quantitative and analytical skills, coupled with sound judgement

- The ability to work autonomously without supervision
- Be a team player and build strong positive working relationships throughout the organization
- Help identify, simplify and enhance process improvements to ensure a fantastic customer experience
