Your duties will include:

- Lead multi customer operations within the site
- Implementation of automation- gain experience as we move towards the future of logistics
- Drive and implement strategic initiatives
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Build and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external
- Maintain location and inventory accuracy
- Drive site budgets and P&L;'s accountability

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Solid experience within Supply Chain/Logistics in a large warehouse or DC environment
- Strong site management experience, including facilities management
- Exceptional end to end knowledge of Supply Chain Operation within a 3PL environment
- Excellent people management and influencing skills
- Commercial acumen with P&L; experience
- Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred)
