ABOUT THE POSITION.
You will join an established team of engineers that come from a mix of tier one and tier two engineering consultancies. As a Structural Engineer you will be involved with structural design and project management, your portfolio will consist of mid to high rise residential and commercial structures. You will apply your knowledge of steel, reinforced and post-tensioned concrete to assist in the development of your projects, and you will report to the Structural Engineering Team Leader.
DUTIES.
- Assist in project coordination and management of the design team to oversee all final designs
- Structural Design a variety of structural developments across NSW
- Liaise with clients and architects on a daily basis
- Assist with the training and mentoring of Junior Engineers
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Related engineering qualifications
- RCB, RAPT, ETABS, Microstran, Spacegass proficiency
- Structural design, and project co-ordination experience
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
