- Clients are big groups with complex structures & advisory needs.
- $50M-$100M range clients, with one in the $30B + category.
- No micromanagement or pressure on KPIs.
Supervisor for a fast-growing firm with a genuinely engaging client base and great internal culture. Many within the team have been with the firm for a very long time and they have recently hired almost 10 new Accountants due to sustained client growth.
Clients & Work Base:
- A lot of big groups with staff being exposed to complex structures and advice (such as tax consulting and setting up local businesses for large overseas clients.
- Number of multi-national clients and ultra HNW family groups.
- 50% of time will be on large groups in the $50-100M range + one client $30B+
- The other 50% are SME’s up to $6m in turnover.
Internal Culture:
People tend to stay in this firm as there isn’t big pressure on hitting KPIs and staff are not micromanaged, they are trusted to do their work.
It’s a young firm demographically, devoid of internal politics where people get along well.
They have quite a flat structure with the opportunity to become a Manager with your own client base within 3-6 months and the opportunity for equity within three years.
As you’ll be managing clients and junior staff, you will need to be in the office most of the time. They do however have flexibility around this. The office is very close to public transport.
Seeking a Supervisor with 5 + years Business Services experience. CA or CPA Qualified ideal.
