We have an opportunity for experienced People Leaders, Senior Case Managers or Workers Compensation Specialists looking for the next step in their career in this fast paced, outcome driven position as a Team Manager in our Government Services Workers Compensation team.

As a Team Manager, you will be required to:

- Drive your team to deliver key business objectives and meet critical quality and performance measures
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment
- Ensure quality claims outcomes and decisions are delivered by your team




- Understand key performance drivers and identify opportunities to continuously improve claims performance
- Deliver superior customer service to all customers at every touch point through self and team
- Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
- Engage and support your team during periods of business change

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous leadership experience including goal setting, driving performance and motivating individuals
- Extensive liability or personal injury management expertise, preferably within a Workers Compensation environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating, influencing and developing strong customer relationships
- Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve stakeholder concerns

This role will suit someone who enjoys building strong relationships with external business and internal stakeholders whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will be committed to achieving challenging targets and motivated by delivering positive results.
