What we are looking for:

We're searching for a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes all things email marketing and work on our Klaviyo account. Must have 4 plus years experience with Klaviyo and Shopify. Must provide example of previous work and results from the email campaigns you created.

You'll be responsible for

- Automotive flows set up - abandon cart and abandon checkout, win back flow and sunset flow & browser flow
- Developing and executing end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from conceptualization to delivery and analysis.
- Creating targeted email campaigns tailored to specific customer segments and goals.
- Devising and executing a lead generation strategy that leverages email marketing.
- Segmenting email lists based on customer behavior and website interactions.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, design, and CTAs to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance,



using insights to refine strategies and recommend optimisations for continuous improvement.
- Segment email lists based on customer characteristics, behaviours, and preferences to deliver targeted, relevant content.
- Establish and uphold email marketing best practices and procedures, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, SPAM, and Privacy Laws.
- Implement marketing automation workflows to deliver personalized and timely emails based on subscriber actions and behaviours.
- Design, build, and execute visually compelling email templates that resonate with customers and drive action, ensuring compatibility across various email clients and devices.
- Manage the enterprise email calendar, balancing timelines and frequency to maintain member engagement.

We are looking for a contractor, the possibility to permeant position. We can offer commission on targets that are reached with current flows created. The contract position is 3 months.
