About the role

You'll work closely with the CRM & Ecommerce Manager and broader marketing team to deliver and execute strategic client and brand events to increase Paspaley brand exposure and drive engagement. This role takes responsibility in executing the customer engagement and experience direction and strategic positioning of Paspaley Jewellery retail brand and Paspaley Group brands. You'll also be part of the planning and executing of over 100 events and VIP experiences annually, planning experience marketing calendar and ensure the go-to-market planning is delivered in line to budget and KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute Paspaley clientelling marketing strategy to manage and increase customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. This is to be delivered to the highest luxury standard, through client experiences and loyalty tactics.
- Develop and implement the annual events and promotion calendar.
- Work closely with the CRM Manager and all boutique managers to create events and experiences that drive further brand engagement and revenue from existing clients.
- Work alongside the Merchandising, Operations (inc E-commerce), Wholesale,



and international teams to develop an integrated plan that delivers profitable growth for the business.
- Collaborate on the development of all client experience, ensuring that experience strategy is in line with client measurement, targets and ROI.
- Assist in the delivery and execution of international client engagement and experience strategy.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to execute trunk shows - international and recent markets.
- Management of the annual Events Budget.

About you

- Extensive Events Management experience
- Qualifications in events – preferred
- Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships & trust
- A passion for great creative ideas
- Style aesthetic required to continue to grow a global luxury brand
- Excellent at multitasking and organisation, calm problem solver, clear vision in stressful situations and outstanding attention to detail is required to succeed
- Comfortable with travel and occasionally some weekend commitments
