The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Designer to join the marketing team within our Business Development Centre for the automotive industry. The role is responsible for the coordination and delivery of visual communications to engage our customers. We are looking for a creative who has attention to detail, experience with Photoshop and fluency in HTML 5 and CSS. Experience in social media will be highly regarded.

This is a hands-on role that covers all aspects of the email marketing strategy from content creation, designing, coding, and sending. Your primary focus will be the building, testing and managing the sending of marketing EDMs along with updating current content and written communications, adhering to various brand guidelines across our range of automotive brands. You will work with our email automation software, setting up and sending various marketing campaigns to different audiences.

About you

You have appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or industry experience in digital and/or web design.

This position will suit someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment, that works well autonomously and within a team,

Requirements Include

1. Demonstrated experience in a similar role with digital marketing and design
2. Proficiency in the use of Adobe creative suite including Photoshop and Dreamweaver
3. Proficient in HTML (4 and 5) and CSS
4. General updating of content and copywriting
5. Understanding of and adherence to brand guidelines
6. Strong communication skills and relationship building across diverse groups
7. The ability to independently work to deadlines.
8. Demonstrated experience coordinating, creating, and delivering email marketing
9. Experience using EDM software
10. Proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
11. A professional portfolio of your projects and work

1. Experience in creating motion and animated gifs
2. Illustration
3. Proficiency in creating social media content
4. Graphic design
