About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving student recruitment, managing marketing campaigns, and building strategic partnerships with educational agencies. You will work closely with the local and global management team to ensure brand alignment and support the college’s growth objectives through effective marketing and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development & Networking:

- Build and maintain strong partnership agreements with educational agencies.
- Actively network with educational agents and prospective students to promote the college’s offerings.

Digital Marketing & Branding:

- Devise and execute digital marketing strategies, including banners, brochures, presentation decks, mailers, blogs, and social media.
- Lead branding activities that align with the college’s mission and enhance visibility.

Admissions Support:

- Guide prospective students and agents through the admissions process, providing accurate and helpful information.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

- Conduct competitive analysis, market forecasting, and intelligence gathering to inform go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop and implement PR communication strategies and media promotions.

Campaign Management:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive student recruitment.
- Prepare marketing collateral for promotional and PR activities.

Content Development & Communication:

- Coordinate the creation of high-quality marketing materials across print, electronic, and social media platforms.




- Ensure content is regularly updated, aligns with the college’s brand, and complies with visual standards.

Collaboration & Reporting:

- Foster strong working relationships with local and global management teams.
- Provide strategic marketing advice and regular reporting on marketing activities.
- Manage the approval process for marketing budgets and initiatives.

Team Leadership:

- Lead the marketing team by providing clear direction, strategic insights, and performance management.
- Offer coaching and mentorship to ensure business objectives are met.

Technical & Presentation Skills:

- Utilize advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe graphic design programs, to create visually engaging presentations and materials.

Requirements:

- Sound knowledge of the education market and experience of dealing with international educational agents
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role and full time work rights
- Completion of a degree and experience in marketing or a related area (e.g., communications, media, public relations or journalism) or relevant marketing experience.
- Proven ability to manage projects and concurrent priorities, as well as work independently and apply continuous improvement principles.
- Demonstrated marketing and communication skills as evidenced by qualified marketing plans, high quality publications, advertising and publicity material. This includes copy writing (for diverse audiences), proofing, editing and the management and production processes for print and digital communications.

Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills including the ability to communicate and present effectively to both small and large groups, and with a diverse range of people and organisations at all levels
