What You’ll Own:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — job brief to placement — in a high-volume temp nursing environment

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while growing new business through networking, referrals, and outbound activity

- Collaborate with our Recruitment Resourcers and Admin team to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and clients

- Match nurses to contracts quickly and efficiently across metro, rural, and remote areas

- We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:





- Experienced in agency recruitment (temp/contract desk experience is a huge plus)

- Naturally competitive and target-driven, with a solid track record of performance

- A great communicator — on the phone, in writing, and face-to-face

- Organised, tech-savvy, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Passionate about delivering results and building long-term client relationships

- Comfortable managing multiple job briefs and candidate pipelines simultaneously
